We toured Dominion Senior Living Crossville. It was an awesome place. The director was a very friendly and knowledgeable man. He was very accommodating as far as our timing and our needs and caring about our concerns. There were no issues there. Their accommodations are very nice.
They had multiple levels of room choices. I found the private rooms to be a little bit small. Other than that, the setup and the way they have their security (so that nobody wanders off) was good. It was a clean, very nice place. They have people who come in and do some crafts, but there doesn't appear to be a lot available. I think that's more because of the current stupidity going on, versus what they would normally do. They had a very nice enclosed courtyard. They have sitting areas where they could congregate and do different things. They had some TVs in a couple of areas. He indicated that the tables that they used for the cafeteria are also used to play games at different times. They have that activity being led.

My mother-in-law is in Dominion Senior Living Crossville. Appearance is very nice. The staff and the services are so far good. They're helpful. The food is good. The dining area is restaurant atmosphere and clean, and they seem to have good choices. They have various outings in the community, beauty shop, manicures and pedicures, games, Bingo, and art class. It's safe.

Our visit to Dominion for my mother-in law was very good. They were very informative, and overall, I was very impressed. The place was very clean, they showed a couple of the rooms available, and they looked really nice.
