Quail Ridge is not just a memory care facility, we are a memory care community. Quail Ridge was neat and clean. The staff was friendly. They're going through some administrative changes about family and friends visiting due to COVID, and I understand that. They had little areas for the patients to familiarize themselves in their familiar areas like cooking, sewing, arts and crafts, things of that nature that keep them possibly focused, so that was OK.

Quail Ridge was phenomenal. In fact, the person that was leading the tour and everything, she's actually since called just to check in on my family, even though we ultimately did not get to make accommodations. They were a fantastic price point, and a great location. The person that was doing the admitting, she genuinely seemed to care, and knows my family by name now. They just had a lot of really wonderful advice for my family dealing with memory care.

Quail Ridge is a memory care community. It was very nice, but it was very large, and it had lots of residents there. I liked it. They had oldies music playing at dinnertime. The staff members I met with were very nice. They had a large dining room. They had the three different tiers of rooms, a private, semi-private, and a shared, and they were nice. They had a nice sun porch. I don't know if they could go outside there or not. They didn't show me an outside. It was very affordable for the amenities that they provided, and they're willing to work with you on price.

Quail Ridge is an absolute Godsend for my family. My mom has lived at two other local facilities with memory care. Those facilities do not even come close to Quail Ridge. They have staff that are highly trained in dementia. The staff is so loving and caring. The activities they have for the residents keep them very engaged and happy. My sisters and I can finally sleep at night knowing our mom is safe and happy. Thank you Quail Ridge!!

My mother-in-law is in Quail Ridge Alzheimer's Special Care Center. We chose it because of the convenience of having something in our neighborhood and it's well kept. They're always doing something with the residents. We're very pleased with where we have put her. Their director, the one that does the activities, is just full of joy and energy and always has something planned and going on. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are a nice size. She is sharing a room with another lady, but it's big enough for the two of them. She's able to walk around and interact with other people and watch old shows on TV. It's just a very nice atmosphere. We had lunch there and everybody's very nice. The way they feed them is almost like visiting a fine restaurant. They sit the ladies down and they push their chairs in. It's just very nice.

Quail Ridge is a wonderful place. Our mom has thrived there! The staff truly cares for each resident. They are very patient and kind. The residents are kept engaged with a variety of activities. It gives you a peace to know that mom is safe, cared for and happy.
