The staff and the residents at NHC Healthcare were nice. I'm very pleased with everything. The staff answers all the questions I had so that feels really good. My grandmother's room is nice. I haven't tried eating the food there but it looked okay. The facility doesn't smell and the atmosphere therein feels wonderful. So far the facility meets all my grandmother's needs.

While visiting NHC of Columbia I noticed significant change from the last time I had visited. The facility was much cleaner, receptionist at the front desk quick to ask if I needed assisting. She directed me to know where I was headed quick and easy direction. When I arrived in the patients room I was there to visit the rooms windows were open room was bright as requested by the family. Room was clean smelled pleasant; a staff member was feeding patient. Staff has put her at highest comfort level possible. With NHC caring for patient she seems at rest and taken care of. The home has weekly events, availability for a hair cut monthly. The quality of NHC of Columbia is well maintained, with a beautiful rose garden located behind the building to stroll resident through on the days appropriate. All in all I would highly recommend NHC of Columbia a place for a loved one to be.
