If you have shopped around our area, you may have found out that Independent Living and Senior Housing is more expensive than you may have thought. It doesn’t have to be, we have created a model that maximizes value and convenience over a lot of features you may not be interested in or be willing to pay for. You may have also noticed many places require a “community fee” or some other fee that can be thousands of dollars, or long-term commitments with no economical way out. We have none of that! We make it easy and affordable for anyone looking for a quiet, safe place to live with close proximity to some of Chattanooga’s best restaurants and shopping.

We only have a couple of firm rules; no smoking on property, no dogs, must be 55 or older. If help is needed for showers or med reminders, we also have a home care service we offer at an additional cost of $18/hr with a 2hr per day minimum.
