Our Senior Living Options

Independent Living: Independent Living is designed for seniors who benefit from a maintenance-free lifestyle but need little to no outside assistance. Our Independent Living community offers both cottage homes and villa apartments.

Assisted Living: Assisted Living provides Members assistance with the activities of daily living (ADLs) in an environment geared toward maximizing their independence. Our Members receive personalized care based on their individual needs and goals.

Memory Care: Memory Care offers specialized support for Members with Alzheimer’s and dementia. At our community, every caregiver is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. We focus on helping our Members live a high quality of life and meet them where they’re at both physically and mentally.

Skilled Nursing: Skilled Nursing provides Members with person-centered support from a team of top-tier medical professionals. We offer around-the-clock care and monitoring, as well as uncompromising attention to Member needs, in an elegant environment.

I was Leary about coming to summit Hills for care. I am pleasantly surprised by the care they provide. Nursing, therapy and CNA are great and tend to my every need. Carla the dietitian just left to make sure I was happy with the food and make any changes I needed. Laura the activity director comes by often to put a smile on my face . She brings puzzles and other things to entertain me. The community is clean and a beautiful place. If I was looking for a place to retire this would be my place of choice. I highly recommend Summit Hills.

I have requested to come back to Summit Hills for skilled and receive therapy. Their therapy department is great and I admire the ED, Regina. Nursing is spot on and they care about the care I am receiving. I highly recommend Summit hills

I was in skilled facility and I chose to come back to Summit hills . Their therapy department is great. The community is very clean and the housekeeper always has my room clean. Activities are fantastic. They help me keep my mind active . I was able to make blankets for mother’s who couldn’t afford them. This gave gave me meaning. I attracted the pocket prayer to each blanket I made. I recommend Summit Hills !

My mother and father moved into Summit Hills into an independent apartment June of 2018. We had visited other senior communities and found Summit Hills to offer the best housing, social, and value for our money. My father was starting to show heavy signs of Alzheimer’s and the fact that is was a gated community made my mother and I feel more secure if he wondered outside alone. The community has beautiful interior design, constant activities and delicious dining fare. My family came to eat in the dining room many times. In February of 2020 we moved my father into the Memory Care unit there. It was hard to turn over a parent to people I did not know but he was too much for my mother to handle at 82 years old. I visited my dad many times a week and had wonderful walks around the campus. I got to know the caregivers and they my dad. After only six weeks of him being there, Corona-19 virus locked the care services building down to stop the spread. I was unable to see him until August 3rd when we could start window visits. The caregivers who brought him to see me shared wonderful moments they had with him that mad me smile. During this horrible time of lockdown, the caregivers gave more of themselves than ever, filling in as true family when we could not be together to hug or walk together. Seven weeks ago, my mother had a stroke and was taken to the hospital, unable to use her right side. We were able to have her some back to Summit Hills and use their Rehab services and stay in the Skilled Nursing area. It was so much easier for me to be able to check on their apartment, get mail, and visit with both parents at the same location. My father succumbed to his disease two weeks ago. Everyone I passed as I walked through the halls with my mother had a kind word about my dad. The staff has been so accommodating and thoughtful on our families’ needs during this time or mourning. I highly recommend Summit Hills to anyone looking into a retirement community that will serve them in all capacities no matter what stage they are at in life.

I have visited a friend at summit Hills skilled nursing. I am impressed with the staff,care, and support she receives. I highly recommend Summit Hills for anyone looking for an Assisted/skilled facet for themselves or loved one.
