I've visited the Oaks at Beaufort. It's better than the other place I toured, it was very clean, very nice, and very well-kept. They had a dining area, recreation room, and a little bit of outdoors area where you can go out and walk around a little bit. You can walk to a shopping area from there so it's convenient and closer to other things. I would move there in a heartbeat if it was for me. The staff members that I met were very good, excellent, and they're adequate. I saw their cafeteria area, their day room, rec center, and the walking trail outside.

My mother-in-law would probably here. We really liked it and we are very pleased with the facility. It was nice and clean. The people were very friendly. The rooms were small but big enough for her, as she only needed a room for one. It's all in one story which would make it easier for her to be able to get around. Their bathrooms were clean and they were ADA. They had a chef that prepared their meals. I was not able to taste the food but they were having lunch when we went there. The food smells good and everybody seemed to be enjoying it. They had things that were important to her. They had a hairdresser on site. They had church comes there. They had a library, a piano room and music room. They had activities and one of the things that my mother-in-law was interested in was bridge, and they had a bridge club there that actually needed one person. They took the residents out on outing every week.
