Lancaster Convalescent Center was not good. My fiance's father was very poorly taken care of there. It would not have been something I would consider. It has very poor staff and very poor care. My fiance's father had to be fed, but they just slopped the food all over him, and it was disgusting. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

THIS IS THE MOST AWFUL PLACE TO LEAVE A FAMILY MEMBER I WOULD NOT LEAVE A PET THERE. THEY ARE VERY UNDERSTAFFED AND THE WORKERS ARE REALLY BURNT OUT. THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE FOR YOUR LOVE ONES THEY MAKE PROMISES THEY CAN'T KEEP. MOST OF ALL THEY ARE VERY FAKE THE ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF SMILES IN YOUR FACE AND TELLS YOU WHATEVER YOU WANT TO HEAR. PLEASE TRULY LOOK INTO THEM DON'T LET THE NICE WALK THROUGH FOOL YOU.

My grandmother was in this facility after discharge from the hospital. It was the only facility with a room available at the time. This nursing home is horrible. The staff are rude. If you care about your family member do not use this facility.

The staff at Lancaster Convalescent Center was really good with the patients that are staying there. I just wished their rooms were a little bit bigger.

My mom is in Lancaster. Her room is clean and you never smell urine like you do in some others. The workers are all very nice and helpful. They have a lot of activities like movie nights and glamour day where they can get their nails done and things like that. Mom doesn’t participate though because of her Alzheimer’s.

The convalescent center is a very bad place. Trust me I know. I would never put my family in there. A lot of the staff are mean and rude to the patients.
