This place is horrible. My uncle was sent there for rehab after a fall. He passed away on 5/18. I have been trying to get a corrected invoice from them since he passed away. Deb in billing won’t answer calls. Her voicemail is always full and she won’t reply to emails. The first statement I received from them had a balance forward with no explanation. I have tried on numerous occasions to get an actual invoice so that his long term healthcare would pay. Deb refuses to do this. The insurance company has also requested information from them with no reply. I have called the Executive Director twice asking for his assistance . He assured me that he would get the matter straightened out but nothing is done. The last call I made was yesterday to the EXecutive Director. He told me he would handle the issue and someone would call me back by the end of the day. I have not heard a word back. I explained that I wanted to take care of this bill but I needed the requested information in order to do so. After multiple emails and phone calls, I have no idea at this point what to do. I just want his bill corrected so I can pay it and be done with this place.

Run far... Run fast! Building is in terrible shape. Not equipped or staffed to care for patients needing physical rehab. No separation of rehab and long term skilled nursing patients. Long Term patients just waling into other's rooms and staff offices. We had to fill out initial paper work with a long term resident sitting in the workers office because they could not get her to leave. Care level for our loved one was horrible. TVs not working (probable because they didn't pay the bill). We signed out AMA (against medical advice) in less that 24 hours. SC DHEC should shut this place down! I gave it a 1 star rating because the review web site would not accept negative number of stars. Zero star rating would be a compliment!

My papa was in the nursing home side for rehab bout 3 weeks ago. They were so kind and good to him. Sophia and Bobbie Lee helped so much. His walkin improved back to normal after his accident. I am really glad we chose for him to go there from the hospital. He had a great roommate too and they bonded and enjoyed the company. I wish the insurance company would have let him stay longer but that ain't the nursing home's fault. My only suggestion would be to do more activities but everything else was great.

Awful. No one has answered the phone or returned calls for over a week. I am very concerned about the health and safety of a family member that was admitted here. Do not send your loved ones here.

My father is at Pacifica Skylyn and theyre excellent. They have eight people now, but they could go up to 25. They pay attention to him, and you can tell hes happy, hes showered frequently, and they get him up as much as they can; you can tell. In the skilled nursing area, they have a lot of windows, they seeme to be really on top of things, they seem to really care, and they have a good staff. They have very good food, they have a person that cuts hair that goes to them, and you can visit the residents any time. The staff is caring, approachable, and knowledgeable.
