My dad has been a resident in this facility for over two years. I have been extremely pleased with the staff and the facility itself. I live nearby and stop to visit frequently. I have always found my father well taken care of. The staff at the facility (Director, Nurses, CNAs, Kitchen staff, Maintenance) are all very personable and friendly. They alll seem to take an interest in the care of the individual.
The facility itself is very well maintained and clean, both inside and out.
It certainly gives me ‘peace of mind’ knowing my dad has such dedicated individuals providing him the care he needs!

I have had the extreme pleasure of going and spending time with the residents of this location in a professional aspect. I have observed that the staff is extremely courteous to the residents and they make sure they're well taken care of. While at the location I seen that the living conditions were very clean and neat at all times. I also noticed that the residents had plenty of activities available to them. The Police Department I work for had the opportunity of having lunch with the residents on several occasions and I found the food to be very well prepared. I will finish by saying, this is a well managed and maintained living facility that I would highly recommend to anyone.

Morningside of Lancaster was really nice and very clean. The staff were very good as well. The rooms were very spacious. They have bingo, arts and crafts, and different entertainments.

Morningside is beautiful. They’re excellent. It’s like a five star resort. There’s a big atrium in the middle of the place that has a garden and two big porches aligned with terrace where people can sit outside. The food is good, very nice. They’ll make pretty much what you want. The dining area is like in a resort somewhere, very nice too. They have a lot of things to get the people together and make the people active. They have puzzles, all types of exercise, and bingo.

Morningside of Lancaster was a very beautiful place. It was clean and neat. The staff were very friendly. They have pretty apartments. However, I think my mother would be more interested in little cottages more so than the apartment-type. And at the time, with the expense of moving, the adjustment to a new place and the fact that it was actually twice as far, we had just decided to stay where she was.

Always around thanksgiving and Christmas, and I'm looking forward to going to Morningside of Lancaster and visiting the senior citizens. Our visits put smiles on their faces and that's what I love about it. Just knowing that a simple thing as a visit can makes someone's day. Every year me and my family and friends will go and visit hand out baskets and sing for them. It's a joy for them and for us as well. Morningside is a beautiful place; the staff are always welcoming and great with the seniors. This home for the seniors is simply an amazing place for them to be if they have no one to care for them. My visits there are always the same, GREAT. The place is always spotless, the aroma is always fresh, I can definitely see that the staff are always on their jobs. Doing it always so very well.

I have been going to Morningside to visit church members for the last seven years. I find the residents rooms to be very clean and they have a feeling of home to them. They are more like a small apartment than a room. I know it is a hard transition for many older people to move into a facility but I have found that Morningside has made it much easier for many of my church members. There was some issues with management but that has been resolved. It has been very helpful to couples who have one who is suffering from dementia. There is a special wing that those with dementia can stay and their spouse can stay in a regular wing. This allows couples to be close by to one another even if one needs more care. If you are looking for an assisted living facility I would think Morningside would be a good choice.

I've seen, visited other facilities(nurisng homes) before but I have never seen a place like Morningside od Lancaster ever. BEAUTIFUL is the only way to describe this facility. The nursing home was clean and the staff were a joy. It was such a great to be there, it had such a home nature to it. My reason for the visit was to go see my cousin and to sing to the other residents there. I was joined by my church choir group. The seniors there were another joy of mines, they all really enjoyed themselves. We also enjoyed ourselves, seeing them smile and their eyes brigthen up with excitement really made my day. We sang and after that we all sat down and talked to them. The staff were nice, warming and welcoming. They were definitely doing their jobs and the establishment was very in order and I will returning a visit.
