I like Brookdale Greenwood. It recently was refurbished. They got new carpets in and new toilets. To me, it looks nice. I like the flooring. It's just a nice space. Of course it's small, but that's understandable. I like the actual decor and the food is pretty good. There is a lady who comes in once a week for salon services. You have to book in advance, and my husband has already used that. They have a small courtyard where you can go and there were turtles there. I just feel that there should be more things to do. They have bingo most weekdays, but it's just that and there's nothing else. So, how are the residents going to talk to each other? In bingo, you have to concentrate on the game, so it's not a kind of game where you can talk to each other. They have two pianos in the place, but nobody really has come into play (although there was one time when a musician came in, which I didn't get to attend). They have exercises. On the schedule, they're supposed to have that every morning, but they don't have it every morning. some mornings, but not every day. So, it's inconsistent. The staff are good though, and I think they are really trying. They are friendly and efficient. The meals are quite varied. They don't give us the same thing every day.

I toured Brookdale Greenwood yesterday. I was greeted at the door right away. I was made to feel welcome. I saw that there was a very positive atmosphere in the place. The person that was guiding me on the tour, introduced me to many of the staff. She took some time to sit down and get to know who my mother was. I showed her a picture of her, and she appreciated that. We let her know what our concerns were and what we felt her limitations would be. They addressed how they would be able to assist us with the needs that she would have, so she was very thorough in describing exactly how they would be able to help with those needs. We went on a tour, and she answered all my questions. It was right before lunchtime, so the residents were getting ready to eat. It looked like the food was prepared, fresh and hot, and they all seemed to enjoy it. The rooms were small. I didn't expect them to be big, but they were clean and neat. I saw several different rooms, and it was nice to see the way different residents set up the rooms to personalize them for themselves, so I liked that feature about that. They have a variety of activities. They have outings, they have bingo, they play cards, they have a small library, they do puzzles, and they have a calendar of events every day that they try to keep the residents active and busy. They have exercises, they have dance, they have music, and they have groups that come in and do live music. They have all kinds of stuff. They said they had some renovations that they were going to be doing. Some of the carpeting in the hallways and some of the rooms are dated. That was the one thing that just didn't put it over the top for me. However, the staff went above and beyond and took as much time as I needed to talk to me and answer questions.

Brookdale Greenwood assisted living was very, very nice and welcoming. The facility was nice. It was a little bit dated but it was clean and well-kept. The staff was very nice, welcoming, and accommodating. They offered food and it was great.

Brookdale Greenwood looked nice. I saw the cafeteria and the front room they had, but they didn’t have anything available, and my mom needed to move in right away. Everybody was nice and friendly, too. They have a sitting area or a courtyard for the patients to stay and walk around. They have a lot of places you can go to there.

Brookdale Greenwood was very clean. It was in a good location. It was right near a hospital. The staff was very friendly. The residents certainly seemed happy.

I thought Brookdale Greenwood was very nice. My mother-in-law stayed there several years ago, and they did a good job. The rooms were roomy and clean and the patient seemed to be taken care of. She said after one person leaves, they painted and replaced the carpet. We only saw one person who took us around, and she was very nice. We had an appointment, but we had to sit for a long time before they even came to see us.

Sterling House Greenwood seems to be a nice facility, and everybody was helpful and friendly when I went there. Their dining area was nice. The residents looked happy. It was a friendly atmosphere. It's clean and seems to be well kept.

This is a safe facility for anyone who has loved ones who tend to wander. The facility was clean and arranged well. The staff all spoke as we toured facility. The residents looked happy and comfortable. There seemed to be plenty of activities for residents to participate in. Staff giving us the tour answered all our questions and did not rush us through the tour. We felt that what we were trying to do for our parents was very important to them.

The staff at Sterling House of Greenwood were all very friendly. The residents all seemed very happy with everybody there and we were very pleased with that. If we need to choose a facility, I believe this will be the one. The rooms and the dining area were all very nice.

Sterling House is a great assisted living facility. My Mother loves it very much; she likes the staff and the good food they serve. They have plenty of spaces inside and outside to sit and visit with friends and family.
