Through my in-laws and my mother I have been able to experience life in the independent home, the apartments, healthcare, and rehabilitation unit. My family members were able to enjoy the last portion of their lives in a caring community that provided great food, many activities, and a clean, attractive and well cared for facility. The staff "adopted " my crew and became part of our lives. They kept me informed and respected my suggestions and decisions. The activities staff was incredible and made birthdays and holidays special. Other days were filled with craft activities, visiting performers, and bus trips to favorite restaurants. During Covid , drive by and window (closed) visits were arranged and pictures of family members were shared. My in-laws and Mother have all died. I miss them terribly but also miss the Rolling Green staff who made their lives richer!

I would not recommend the rehab facility at Rolling Green. My mother got very limited hands on care in the rehab facility. She would go several hours before anyone would check on her, take her to the bathroom, and provide liquids for her to drink. The facility is understaffed. Medications were slow to arrive. The Social Worker did not write a patient appraisal that was accurate.

My father was taken to GHS due to a breathing issue. HE called us to tell us he couldn't breathe and was going to the hospital. NO ONE from the Rehab Facility EVER called my Mother or me. Ultimately my Father did pass, when we went to pick up his belongings his cane (very expensive, custom made) was of course no where to be found. The CNA's were awesome, 2 RN's were awesome, one was rude and useless. I the management leaves a lot to be desired.

I would not recommend the rehab facility at Rolling Green. My mother was not taken care of here. She would go several hours before anyone would check on her, take her to the bathroom, and provide liquids for her to drink. These actions prohibited her from making progress, and she was sicker and had regressed from the time we brought her here until we removed her from this facility.

The Rolling Green Personal Health Care was excellent. The food tastes very good.

We were happy with Rolling Green. Although it was more hospital-like and wasn't quite as homey. It was the way it was decorated I think. It just felt sterile. The rooms were smaller, but the staff was awesome. We really liked the staff there. My aunt was on a very strict diet, so they had to almost process the food for her. But we did eat there on one occasion, and we found that the food is very good. The facility was out in a country, very quiet and very peaceful. The view out my aunt's window was countryside. However, we had some communication problems. I'm 4 hours away from them. I had a hard time getting to talk to the people I needed to talk to. They were unavailable or they would call me back a day later or I would find out about things that I should have found out at the time.

It's very nice at Rolling Green Village. They have a wonderful staff. They call us when my mother in-law falls and they really take care of her. The food is like going to a country club. I would recommend them to someone looking.
