This place is a dump. Four (4) people have to share a bathroom. There are only a handful of staff members there that do their jobs and care about their patients. The rest of them suck. They are unresponsive and ignore calls for help. My husband has had to wait so long for a bedpan that he has soiled himself many times. They rarely get his diet right. My husband asked for some water this morning and he was waiting for 4 hours. He tested positive for Covid and they told him that he didn’t catch it there. Then why are there other cases of Covid there before him? They put a large bin next to his bed to capture everything ( linens, diapers, bed pans, food items, etc.) before removing them from the room. Well, the bin is overflowing and piling up on the floor. Someone was afraid to come into his room, and basically threw a soda can onto his bed. If someone doesn’t want to deal with ill patients, they should choose a different profession. Also, he is in a room with an 84 year old man who tested negative, but they are keeping him in the same room. When I questioned this, I was told because he’s already there. The only thing decent are the therapists and a few other staff members. As I said earlier, most of them can’t be bothered. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My aunt moved into (Promedica) Heartland Health Care Center-Greenville West. They've been very great with her care, and they're communicating very well with the family. They've taken good care of her. The staff is very attentive and very caring. I think they do have activities, but she's not at the point where she can do any of them. It's not real modern, but it's clean. They have basic rooms, they just have the basic necessity that you have/ that one person needs. It's only a mile from her sister, and five minutes from downtown.
