The memory care facility here is awful! My MIL has been at this facility for 4 months and has fallen 4 times, once breaking 2 ribs, another fracturing her orbital bone and most recently fracturing her left femur. And God knows how long she was lying on the floor this time in pain because they never answer the call button. She has deteriorating Parkinson’s and increasing dementia. These people have done nothing but taken our money.
PLEASE BEWARE!!!!
