The Blake at Woodcreek Farms was beautiful. The people were nice, the dining room was very appealing, and the apartments were lovely. The staff and everybody was very nice, the amenities were good. They had a nice movie room, and they have arts and crafts. They didn't have a game room for something that would appeal to my father, but the apartments were all modern and very well laid out. I was a little more biased for that one because it was close to my house and that's where I want my parents to be.

I went to The Blake at Woodcreek Farms. It was beautiful. It was gorgeous. I told my husband I wouldn't mind going there. It was well organized. I like the activities they had. The room was well set up. It was very pretty and very charming. I like the menu in the dining area, and I like the openness of it. They have little garden areas. It was very quaint and there were a lot of options like shopping trips and other events. I said, 'Wow, I wouldn't mind staying here.' It was very pretty and well-kept. I like the various activities. The staff who accommodated us was very personable. He could relate to what I was going through, and that made it worthwhile. It was very personal because when someone can relate to your experience, and you can talk at their level and vice versa, so we had a real good conversation.
I like them. The rooms looked like mini apartments. There are trips to the local stores, and they have some other trips that were more fun like group trips that you could participate in, so I like having that option. You want to get out sometimes, so I like that availability of being able to move around and to see some things, and if you didn't want to go, you can stay put. One man even had a vegetable garden, and it was nice. It was a small space outside, but it was a fantastic garden, he truly had a green thumb, and just having that opportunity to do that was nice. They had a nice gym, a nice spa, and a salon area. The gym was fantastic. It was very nice. They have exercise classes available to you. You could do your physical therapy there if you needed it after a hospital stay or what-have-you.

I went on an in person tour of The Blake at Woodcreek Farms. It was well maintained and well kept. They had a lot of activities in terms of their activity calendar. From what I could see, and with Covid you could only see so much, it looked like it was a nice place that anybody would want to possibly have their relative. There were no meal options. They sent us home with praline, but I didn't eat those because I have food sensitivity, so I didn't get a chance to try anything. They talked about their courtyard area that has exercise walking trails, they talked about games, and they talked about where residents can get their hair and nails done, and those were really nice options.

My dad is in The Blake at Woodcreek Farms. It's a nice place, and we think he'll be taken care of there. The staff was really nice, they showed us a room but it wasn't the room like he's going to be in. The room we saw was really nice, it was beautiful, and it was 2-rooms. The staff was friendly, different ones came and talked to us, and they were really nice.

I liked that the rooms at The Blake at Woodcreek Farms looked more like an apartment. It was small, but it was more cozy for me. I really liked their setup. There were long halls and they were OK. They have a beautiful dining room and it was set up as if they were having a formal dinner. They have a grand piano in that room too. They have an activity room on the second floor and a theater where they can watch a movie. They have a lot of amenities.
