My mom is at Carolina Gardens at Conway. We chose it because of the location and accessibility to be able to see her when I wanted to, the care itself, and the number of staff versus the individuals there. The ratio seems to be very good, and it seems to be a very happy environment. With the cleanliness, the staff, and their attitudes, it's a very positive place to be. When you first walk into some facilities, the odor will catch your attention. This one does not. And that has a lot to say about the cleanliness and the staff. The attitude of the residents- they seem to be all happy, enjoying each other as well as the staff. And the food, several people said the food was very good. They have bingo, arts and crafts, they have a sharing time, they do a lot. Things did not look worn, the facility looks nice.

I am already living in Carolina Gardens at Conway, and right now, I love it. The staff is excellent. I've been in the hospital, came in and went to the hospital, and now I'm in quarantine. The food is good. They clean the room. I really don't have anything to compare them to, but they're very efficient. I've only been in one room, and it's good. I think it's excellent at this point.

My mother is at Carolina Gardens at Conway. The appearance was very good and the staff was very helpful. Even during this outbreak, they've had no issues there at the facility. The nurses have been extremely nice and very attentive. The food was excellent. She liked it, and it was catered by a local cafeteria. They had birthday parties for the residents. She participated in the activities, and she's very satisfied. Cleanliness was excellent, too.

My mother is in Carolina Gardens at Conway. So far, so good. She has a roommate. The food is pretty good and just what she likes. They go shopping twice a week, they have activities throughout the day, and they take them to church. They have a church inside of it. The staff is pretty good. The facility is nice.

As I began the search for the appropriate assisted living facility for my father, who has dementia, I happened to find Carolina Gardens of Conway. After touring and asking many, many questions. I moved my father in, who has now lived at the facility for two years. I am in and out of the facility frequently. Honestly, this was the best decision I have made for him in regards to his health care. The facility is very nice and has been refurbished since he moved in. The caregivers go above and beyond to care for him. There are lots of events and activities as well. My dad loves going to the dining hall, and as he refers to it as the "restaurant". Thankfully, a physicians office visits him on site when necessary, and the facility will transport in their wheelchair accessible bus to area doctor appointments, which is most helpful. My dad tells me frequently, they take real good care of him there, which more than gives me peace of mind that he is happy and well taken care of. Miranda, the Facility Director and Lauren, the marketing coordinator, are most helpful and have wonderful relationships with the residents, as well as the other care team members on staff. Although the decision was a difficult one, I do not regret the choice I made at Carolina Gardens Conway

My loved one lives in a studio apartment. The rooms are very spacious! I have had nothing but positive encounters with the staff at the community. They are quick to respond and answer any questions/concerns. The activities director is very involved.

Carolina Gardens at Conway is like a country club. When you walk in, it's very inviting, nice, and clean. It has gorgeous stained glass lighting. The staff is very friendly, caring, and compassionate. The food isn't good though, but they're working to change it. The breakfasts are all good every morning, but the lunch and dinner are very lacking. My husband has already moved in. They have Bingo and they take them to Walmart. They do a lot with them.
