After a truly terrible three weeks with another home health agency, I was scared they were all that bad, and my husband was doomed to terrible recovery. Enter MSA, and wow...from the first call the difference was appreciated. The therapist are TOP STAFF. My husband and I have learned more a out his recovery in two weeks with MSA then 10 WEEKS of “rehabilitation” with the other agencies! Talk about impressed. From the OT, PT and speech therapist, to Miss Daisy the aid, I will strongly recommend MSA...for the best recovery you can achieve! Thank you for helping us get back to living, walking and enjoying life again. God bless...thank you for all you do. Cj & Bob Landry

My family has been dealing with MSA since they were Tri County. We had therapists and aides from the Irmo office until my mom was recently placed on hospice. We have been very happy with the services provided over the past 5 years. Now we are dealing with the Orangeburg office. We are currently receiving assistance from a nurse and an aide. This week we were informed because of the Covid virus we would be losing the aide who has been working with my mom. My mom has dementia and she has been ver responsive to this aide. She likes her and actually responds very well and even has been uplifted in her behavior because of this person. Now they are telling us that we are no longer able to have this particular aide because they are assigning her to another nurse full time. We even requested to change nurses because of my mom's response to this aide and they refused to do this. This tells me that they are not totally working for the patients. I understand contamination, etc., but the bottom line is they are doing what they want to not what the family feels is best for their loved one. It is a shame that the family's request was not important.

We got MSA | Medical Services of America Home Health for my mom, and they're great so far. We have a nurse and physical therapist coming in, but the aide comes in next week. They're doing medical, physical, and occupational therapy, and home health aid for bathing and other things around the house. It's covered by Medicare.

We've been using Tri County for about a year for my mom living in an independent living facility. They helped mom with her medications. It worked for a while but we are currently looking for a different agency now that mom needs a little more assistance.

I had heard that this provider had a good record in the community, and our congregational nurse at the church recommended them. They have been wonderful in providing care to my mother-in-law in my home as she deals with declining health and a condition that will not get better. The nurse and helper, chaplain and volunteers are wonderful. I am able to continue to keep my job while Tri-County helps my husband take care of her.
