We toured Atria Mount Pleasant. It was very nice, clean, bright, and airy. Everybody seemed happy there. We liked it, and it is one of our two finalists. All the residents seemed well taken care of and happy. They pretty much had everything. We liked the fact that they had home care that came in. They also had physical and occupational therapy, a salon, and a gym.

My family and I have been more than pleased with the Staff & Services at the Atria Mt Pleasant. The Staff at the front desk- Holly, Nory, Wendy, & Rosa - go above & beyond to be helpful, friendly, informative and really try to get to know the families of the residents by name. The Activities are terrific and the Engagement Staff - Haley, Amy, Jennifer - are cheerful & helpful. They provide fun & varied social activities EVERY Day! Frank, the chef, provides delicious food and takes pride in the variety of food he serves. Eddie & Ivan are a wonderful helpful caring team that also take pride in maintaining a clean well run building. When a work order is issued they are on it that day. All the Staff are reachable and respond quickly when a question or request is made. The whole atmosphere at this Atria is upbeat and happy and my mother embraced it right away. The Staff know her well and keep their eyes on her. I feel very secure my Mom is on the best place she could be.

Atria Mount Pleasant was an amazing place. It was like a luxury resort. I wanted to move in there. It was very nice. They had several different options of rooms that the staff had showed us. The one-bedroom with the kitchenette was probably a little bit bigger than what my parents have now, and so that would definitely work for them. Kathy is the one that showed us around, and she was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. She showed us a variety of different options and explained everything very well. As for the upkeep, the facilities are very clean. They have a bistro, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a bus service to take the residents to appointments. They have a wine bar and a salon, too. They have everything.

I need to praise the Family Style Employees at the Atria in Mount Pleasant. It Blows my mind that there arent more Reviews written! We were looking for a classy place for our Father where there would be people passionate about helping and caring for others. A place where its happy and even though our Father looks forward to seeing us... its a place where he is occupied if he wants to be or not. Golf green in the courtyard. Outdoor living to bring your family and friends. The Friendliest People and Workers there that are literally family!! My Sister and i, love going to visit and see everyone!! Carol, guided us to make our decision and everyone from the Chefs, Dining area-waiters and waitresses ,maintenance, Caretakers in Assisted Living and the Memory Unit, also the admistrators in the Offices are Spectacular. They DO ALLOW DOGS. I just dont know the rules with pets. But its home away from home!! My Father doesnt call us as much as he used too. And he told us that he feels as though he belongs there. They Love him and He loves them. Its absolutely Beautiful. I just wanted to write a review and give credit to where its due!

Atria is first rate most especially for its mentor program! Everyone we met as we enjoyed a lunch and tour without exception could not have been more welcoming.
