Ask them to call when they arrive and not to enter your residence without your permission. Put any over the counter medicines away. No care plan offered. 7 different people came, causing confusion. Staff was rude, unhappy with their agency scheduling, and did as little as possible, and did not communicate well with patient or each other. Do not recommend.

My husband has been in and out of the local hospital at least 5 times this year (2015). Each time INTERIM Health Care has been the in home health care provider. Each nurse has been very professional and caring. And since my husband has been in the hospital and used INTERIM so much, we have developed a bit of a relationship with some of the nurses. My husband has had to utilize their physical therapist and occupational therapist due to his health and every time they have come to our home, they've been so helpful. They make sure all of his vitals are taken, that he has been doing his exercises as instructed and they walk with him inside the home to help get his strength back in his legs and arms. INTERIM has also been a help to me, since I am my husband's only full time care giver, and I am also disabled like my husband. The INTERIM nurses encourage me with kind words and let me know that if I ever need them, to call them. So I have their phone numbers added to my cell phone in case I need to ask them something. I am blessed because our Medicare provider pays 100% so there is no out of pocket costs to us. So I highly recommend INTERIM Health Care for anyone who needs in home health care.
