Our Senior Living Options
Independent Living: Independent Living is designed for seniors who benefit from a maintenance-free lifestyle but need little to no outside assistance. Our Independent Living community offers both cottage homes and villa apartments.
Assisted Living: Assisted Living provides Members assistance with the activities of daily living (ADLs) in an environment geared toward maximizing their independence. Our Members receive personalized care based on their individual needs and goals.
Memory Care: Memory Care offers specialized support for Members with Alzheimer’s and dementia. At our community, every caregiver is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. We focus on helping our Members live a high quality of life and meet them where they’re at both physically and mentally.
Skilled Nursing: Skilled Nursing provides Members with person-centered support from a team of top-tier medical professionals. We offer around-the-clock care and monitoring, as well as uncompromising attention to Member needs, in an elegant environment.

My mother has moved into Summit Hills. We chose it because the staff was all very friendly and very helpful. The accommodations were very nice. The apartment was spacious. They had a nurse onsite 24 hours a day. They also had a pool where she could do water aerobics if she wants to. She hasn't participated in any yet because she's trying to get settled in, but they offer several activities. The dining area looked very nice. They said they have a chef on staff that prepares all the meals fresh.

Nursing is outstanding! They are so helpful and very kind. Front desk is so professional and help with anything I need.
The food is great and activities have been so helpful with scheduling visits. Highly recommend Summit hills

I moved into Summit Hills Assisted living in 2016. What prompted me to write an on line review is what they did for us on Veterans Day. I served my country and was in the Air Force. Summit Hills had an incredible service on November 11, 2020 and honored each of us who served. I was beyond proud and moved on this special Day.

I have lived at Summit Hills Assisted living for over a year now and I love it. I feel very safe and taken care of. It is so nice not have to worry about cooking, cleaning and taking care of the yard. The people are great and the staff really care. What a wonderful place to retire.

My husband and I moved to Summit Hills Independent Living 6 years ago. AMy husband passed away 4 years ago and I loved Summit Hills so much I moved into Assisted Living. I have become good friends with so many of the residents. Staff are very caring and they truly want what is best for me. I like that dining has many choices for us and we can pick what we want to eat.
The activities are so fun and they do a lot of exciting and interesting things.
Housekeeping is fantastic. They not only do a great job but the care and always speak to me.
Moving to Summit was a greet decision for my husband and I and I could not be happier living here.

I love living at summit hills. The nursing and cna staff are wonderful . The care and are very personable. The community is beautiful and housekeeping does a great job keeping my room clean. The food is not only delicious is looks great when plated . The activities are fun and they are very creative .
Regina , ED works hard, has a lot of great ideas and goes the extra mile to make sure everyone is taken care of .
Therapy is also wonderful. The work me hard and make it fun.

I moved to Summit Hills since March. The staff really care. I enjoy the activities that I participate in and have met many wonderful people. The therapist are great and I recommend Summit Hills to anyone who is looking for a community.

I moved in October 1, 2020 and could not be happier. I love the CNA's, I love the Nurses, I love the food and love the activities. Executive Director Regina has been wonderful!

I was here at Summit Hills before, I chose to come back. I very happy with that staff. They are respectful and willing to do what I ask and they call me by name. They are like a friend. Very personable and friendly.
Therapy is good. They pay attention , they make therapy enjoyable, and they care and show interest .
I recommend Summit Hills for anyone who is looking for an assisted living facility.

FINANCIALLY ABUSIVE - After meeting with Summit Hills marketing and deciding on Summit Hills as being affordable, I moved my relative into Summit Hills Assisted Living. The marketing person said the fees would go up about 4-5% per year. After being in Summit Hills only six months, his fees were raised 15%. That is not a misprint 15%. I argued that was ridiculous, stating the financial planning had been based on the 4-5% annual increases discussed when registering my relative. I took the matter to the Chief Operating Officer of the Maxwell-Group.com that owns Summit Hills. The Chief Operating Officer of the Maxwell Group refused to adjust the rate to something rational and offered to help move my relative out of the facility. That would be very upsetting, confusing and abusive to him as he has adjusted to the routine at Summit Hills. He would never have entered Summit Hills if we knew his fees would be raised 15% in only 6 months. His income suddenly no longer meets his expenses and they know that and do not appear to care. There should have been no increase in his fees for 12 months as had been discussed. And after 12 months we were expecting an increase in the 4-5% range..

My mother is a resident at Summit Hills assisted living. The facilities are very nice. The rooms are spacious for their purposes. They have many activities for their residents. The facility is very well upkept. The staff is very friendly and for the most part helpful. The only complaint that my mother has us the quality of the food. Summit Hills advertises gourmet food but that is so far from the reality as to be ridiculous. The food is barely cafeteria edible at best. There was recently a meal that the was totally inedible. The response from the complaints of the residents was met with a total lack of concern. There has been a recent price increase that is significant, it's seems to me the quality of food should match the price they are asking. This is definitely a problem that I have spent well over a year complaining about.

My mom is a resident of Summit Hills. Dena in the assisted care is so compassionae and caring. My mom said that she is an angel. Victoria in the assisted care is also very attentive and kind. Chantay in assisted care dining room is so friendly and goes out of her way to see the residents are taken care of and pleased.

My mom is a resident in the assisted living unit at Summit Hiils. The staff there goes above and beyond. always willing to help, very friendly and open to suggestions on care, food and etc. Great group indeed!

Summit Hills is very nice. It was quite good, and I was impressed. The rooms and apartment were nice looking and comfortable. They have a lot of activities, which was anything you would want. They have therapy activities and reading games. The dining room was very nice. It was like any dining room, but it was very attractive. They could improve the pricing though. As for security, it appears to be very good. They were very helpful. I went to both the assisted living and independent living, so I can see the difference. I thought they were both very nice.

My mom has been in Summit Hills for a month now, and so far everything has been fine. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. They have a pool there which is nice. They can do water aerobics.
They have community rooms and lots of activities.

I visited Summit Hills. The staff was very nice. The room was acceptable, and it looked clean. The dining area was very nice. The environment was very good.

I love Summit Hills. It's a great place but it's just disappointing that they didn't call me to give me information about the costs. They've got a good reputation though, and people that have lived there have liked it.
