The people at The Lighthouse at Lincoln that I've toured with were wonderful. I think that of all the places I've toured, I was very impressed with the help and the people that work here. They're wonderful. The staff that toured the facility with me were all very knowledgeable, and they knew what they were talking about. They were very helpful. Overall, what I saw was very good. They had a courtyard that was very pretty, many different game rooms, and function rooms. They're among my top three favorite facilities.

The Lighthouse at Lincoln is a beautiful place. The nurses were very good, but the administrative staff and the upper staff were not. They weren't honorable people. The apartments were beautiful, and the dining room was set up appropriately. I didn't see as much going on there compared to some of the other more social places I visited. The actual physical environment was definitely five stars, but that's about it. The staff needs to improve on being more understanding of the caregiver. Sometimes, I was very emotional because of my aunt's situation, and they should have been a little more understanding of that. They don't listen. They are not interested in what you have to say.

My husband and I moved our 88 year old aunt into The Lighthouse a year ago. It was obvious from day one that we had made the right choice. Her care level increased. The attention she receives regularly is amazing. We are relaxed and confident that we are doing exactly what she deserves. Lisa should be rewarded for she has gone beyond her duties. She runs Lincoln and is more visible than the director. Lisa has an open door policy indeed.

My father-in-law was at The Lighthouse at Lincoln, and this place was absolutely wonderful. We love that place because they were just so wonderful. We love the staff, and the people were unbelievable. They were so kind and compassionate. They were honest, and everything that they told us was true. This place was beyond wonderful. I wound recommend this place to anyone. They treat their patients with respect and dignity, and they always involve the residents in activities. Their food was great.
