My aunt has moved into Halcyon at West Bay. The place is phenomenal. They have a lot of staff. The staff-to-patient ratio is much larger than it was at the other place. They're very caring and very attentive. The room is huge compared to where she was. The room that she's in is 12-1/2 x 18, and you bring your own furniture. When her bed was delivered, they put the whole thing together. I ordered it and I had it shipped there. When it arrived, they called to let me know that the bed had just arrived, and not to worry and that I didn't have to drive down there to put it together, they were going to take care of all that for me. They are phenomenal. They are.
I've been there probably four or five times since she's been in just to check. She has a sister in Canada, and so I call my aunt in Canada, and then I call my aunt here at the new facility, so we have like a little conference call because my aunt in Canada can't speak English, so it's hard for her to call. Twice a week she speaks with her, and she said to her, 'Did you move into your new apartment yet? What do you think about it?' She said, 'It's very clean. It's very big. The people are very nice. They help everybody. They're very, very helpful. It's much, much, much better than the other place.' They do activities. I've gone at different times, and she's walking around with two of her little friends that she met and they're laughing. She fits right in, she just clicks, and everything is fabulous. I haven't tried the food but my aunt says it's very good.
