This place was great when my mom went in 3 years ago but it has gone down hill badly. I have to ask for meetings about my mom. I've tried to update my contact information with them for over 2 years and they still didn't get it done, so I was not notified when my mom went into the hospital. I found out when I visited my mom and she wasn't there. Also the hospital found bed sores and my mom was severely dehydrated. I have removed her from the center. Some staff are very kind there, but it can't make up for the lack in proper care.

This facility is bare bones. It is an old building and doesn't look like it has been rennovated recently. Air conditioning is not sufficient in the larger rooms. The actual facilities are limited and not impressive. However there are some positives, the staff is great, all members who I have interacted with have a genuine interest in the residents and take care to go above and beyond what is required. When ever we have had a complaint the staff has done their best to rectify it, however they are limited by the resources available.
