From the first day my mother arrived at Country Terrace, the staff took such care to make her feel comfortable and at ease. Every person I've met, no matter the time of day/evening goes the extra mile to make time for me and/or my mom. The staff is not only professional, but also so very compassionate during this difficult living transition. The loving, family atmosphere makes everyone feel at home. The rooms have many safety measures put into place, they are spacious, cozy and very well kept in regard to cleanliness. Furthermore, the activities provided from crafts, music and bible study to name a few, have been thoughtfully provided to accommodate the interest of all. I highly recommend Country Terrace and their staff as they provide a quality of care we can only hope for.

My grandmother stayed at Country Terrace for several years. The people just conversate more like family-oriented. It felt more like a homey place. They have a separate living room where you can go with visitors. They have a separate terrace where you can bring the whole family in for celebrations. The staff members were friendly, just like sisters and brothers. They get to know you, and they call you by your name. They take care of everything. I didn't see anything out of place. Everything looked neat and clean. They even have a birdcage for all the seniors to come and see. They play bingo and cards. They have video games or video nights. My grandmother had no complaints about the food.

From what we've seen, the staff at Country Terrace is really good. If my mother-in-law needs anything, people are more than happy to get it. They didn't have as many people, and they didn't have as much support. If you ask my wife, the dietary department is much better. It is much newer, and the accommodations are really nice. We didn't have to take anything because it was there and available. The apartment is nice and comfortable. It has a nice view. Her only concern is that it is too far from the dining room. It is well laid out and well-staffed. We don't have any complaints. She has gained weight and is able to get up and around. She is doing better than she has done in quite a while.
