They help me the day after I get infusions.

I like getting treatment on my couch without having to go to the hospital.
I have had maybe 5 or 6 different nurses over the 4 or 5 years that I have been with them and they are all great.

The infusion provides me with some of the mobility I was lacking before. I am responding well to the treatments.
I like the people that they have employed who come to my house to provide my transfusions. They are prompt.

The services allow me the convenience of getting my infusions at home instead of having to go to an infusion center.
The agency's office and administration staff are pretty bad and unorganized. However, the nursing staff is great.

I'm getting the infusion at home. They can communicate a little bit more.
The scheduling is frustrating because they don't have enough nurses. I just don't like having a different person every time.
