My husband was in HealthSouth four different times. The cleanliness was great. They didn’t respond very quickly to my husband a lot of times -- fortunately, he didn’t fall. He was in a private room and in a shared room at one point as well. There was plenty of room for him. They need more staff to keep up with residents instead of having one therapist for nine different people. I caught several residents sleeping during one of the therapy sessions.
