My dad went to Celebration Villa of Nittany Valley for respite care. They have been excellent to my dad. It is really nice and very clean. He is in a one bedroom. He has a little kitchenette. It's kind of like a little efficiency apartment because he has the full size bed, his chair that we took, and a bathroom. The staff is excellent. They give him way too much food. It is an excellent place to stay. I want to move in. It is closer to his home, and he wanted to be closer to home.

We toured Celebration Villa of Nittany Valley. It was very clean and very neat. It was nice. It was an impressive building. Inside the room, it looked fine. They showed me the kind of rooms that I would be interested in. They were adequate, and they could meet my needs. The staff who accommodated me was efficient. They answered all my questions. We didn't sample any of the food, but we did see the dining facility. It was very nice. It would have been impressive, but they were cleaning it at the time. I could tell that it was very nice dining room area. There was a group of residents in open area. They were playing a game in the morning that everyone was enjoying. They showed me their gym facilities. I have lower back pain all the time, and they had facilities at which I could soak my back and things like that. They had amenities that would be helpful for the state I'm in. The staff was excellent. The facility was excellent. You could tell that it was neat and well-tended. Also, the levels of care that they could give are from 1 to 6, and we talked about that. As my needs would increase, there were levels of care that the facility would be able to give to me, all the way to the point of death. It was good, and I appreciated that.

Cannot praise Celebration Villa enough. Quite simply they care. Management and staff treat mother with dignity and ensure her individuality isn't taken away. The care program is second to none, providing stimulation. The meal plans are excellent We are made to feel so welcome. The Villa is warm and inviting, mother's room is personalized and comfortable. And such wonderful activities. Mom is engaged and happy which is all that we could wish for. Thank you!

Celebration Villa of Nittany Valley was very nice and homey as soon as you walked in. I liked the whole layout. It wasn't very complicated to find your way around. The person we dealt with was a little pushy but was very nice. They have physical therapy, an activity room, a hair salon, and nice patios around. I just didn't like their $2000 fee upfront that I couldn't figure out what it was even for. Still, it was beautiful.

We have chosen Celebration Villa of Nittany Valley for my dad. I like that it's all one level and somewhat small. The staff seemed knowledgeable. The facility was nice, upgraded, and clean. They were welcoming. It's a very nice facility. They went down through their activities. The dining room was nice.

It is wonderful, very nice, no complaints, and we could have gone with it, but they did not have respite, and they only had a small room available at that time. They had nice size rooms, almost like 1-bedroom apartments, the memory care unit was attached, so for a couple, if one was in memory care and the other wasn't, they can see each other. The staff was very nice, and everything was good, my step brother ate there, and he thought it was good. They had a lot of activities, they had buses you can sign up for, and they developed relationships between their community and school, and the veterans association, they got kids come in and sing, and vets coming in to do memory boxes. It was really a cool place.

It has piano, instruments, drums, guitars, big TVs all over the place, a fireplace, and lots of places to sit. They all seem to get along. They said they have a lot of people in there with mild Alzheimer's, and they have locked down areas. Accommodations are two residents to a room and one person to a room. It was a decent place. The staff was very polite and called me a couple of times to see how everything was going. It was nice and big inside.

I really liked it, but they were not strictly for dementia patients. It was beautiful, very clean, and very hospitable. The rooms were very nice, and the location wasn’t that far away.

I liked it. It was laid out pretty good. It also had a dementia unit, and it was a pretty safe place. They had a really nice outside place. It had big fence around it. I liked that it had an area outside for the people. It had a really nice homelike feeling about it. It had a mailbox outside. They were very personal. The rooms were laid out nicely. They had everything laid out in different ways. The patients that needed most help had their own area. There were people there working with the residents. There was a girl that was there for the entertainment part of it. I thought they were playing ball, and they had a special room for that. It was a place that I would not mind having my parents.

The main thing that we like about it, is that it is only half a mile from where he used to live in the house that we grew up in, and it is very close to family and neighbors. They are very clean, the staff is very nice, they are very patient with my father, and the facility itself is very attractive.

Everything was fine, and when the time comes, that's the one I would choose. The rooms were a nice size and were quite roomy. They had a chart on the wall for what they had as their activities. What stood out to me was the quality of care and how concerned they were about each one of the patients.

My sister-in-law was here. It was wonderful. The atmosphere was very homey, not institutionalized at all. She had her own private room. There were a lot of activities for the residents. She was able to paint and sketch. She really liked it there.
