My father moved into Mid Valley Manor. I like that the staff is very pleasant and very accommodating. Anytime I have questions, they answer them. They're very good. They serve three meals a day. They also have entertainment, shopping, Bingo, and music. When you walk in the door it is very clean, but the bathroom in my father's room is not clean.

Mid-Valley was not really welcoming. You have to wander to find the welcome desk. The staff was pretty helpful; some were not as friendly, but they seemed pretty personable and knew everyone by name. They offered guidance and information, but it's up to us to do research and figure out what's going on. They had shared rooms of adequate size.

Everything at Mid-Valley Personal Care seemed very clean, except there was an odor when I first walked in. I could also smell bleach, so somebody may have had accident and they were cleaning up to get rid of any kind of urine smell. The staff was very pleasant. I did see the rooms; they seemed fine, clean, and neat.

My mother has been a resident at Mid Valley Manor since 2011. I can attest first hand to the excellent care that she receives on a daily basis. The nursing staff is so kind, caring, supportive & attentive. The residents are treated with respect by all the employees of the facility: nursing, housekeeping and dietary. It has been a truly positive experience not just for my mom but for myself as well.
