Very unclean and staff were not well trained and unprofessional. Few activities for residents and food provided was awful. An unfortunate place people are often forced to reside.

My father had a pleasant experience at Green Ridge Assisted Living. He was against going at first, but then when it was all over he said that he didn't mind being there, and if he had to go back he would. The staff was nice to him. They were attentive, and I liked that they were safe from COVID. When they were letting us in we had to go through precautions, and it was clean, and everybody was friendly. It was a nice place. The lawn was also manicured and everything.

I'm planning to move into Green Ridge Assisted Living. It's attractive and secure. You'll feel comfortable in there. The view is good too. The staff seems polite and sociable. They have activities. They have card games and trips to the casino. They have a fitness area and a computer if you want to use those.

I'm a resident at Green Ridge Manor. There are about 50 people in this facility. The staff's work ethic is not too good though. The room is clean. I have someone in the room with me. They have bingo three times a week. There is really not much to do afterwards. They should have some more activities.

The staff have always been friendly. The receptionist at the front desk always greeted you, and directed you to your destination. My grandmother always said she was treated fairly, and never abused. She said the "living room" as they called it was a wonderful place to meet other residents and play board games, and watch TV. I noticed that the staff was always patient, and showed interest in getting to know their residents. From hearing stories about various things, to playing a quick game of checkers, they were always enthusiastic. An example of this is when my grandmother and I were watching TV together in the living room. She absolutely adored George Clooney and he was in this particular film, Oceans 11. The care giver took the time to sit down, and spark up a conversation about Clooney. The 10 minute conversation appeared to be the highlight of my grandmothers day. Just these little acts of kindness made this assisted living facility a wonderful thing.
