Turn over of management and staff is constant, you cannot get anyone to answer the phone..Has gotten worse look elsewhere.

The building is old, no new upgrades, furniture in lobby is so dirty I would not sit on it. Management rarely in office. Years ago it was nice, but went downhill over last 5 years.

No communication between office and residents. They will turn the water off for hours without notifying you. Days in a row, no consideration that you are in the middle of a shower, or trying to cook. Look somewhere else first.

There's a 3 and a half year waiting list for Towne North Towers because it's income-based. It's a much newer building, but they only offer 1-bedroom.
