My great uncle is a current resident. The facility has lots of great activities, updates throughout the building, and a caring staff. The room he is in is kept very clean, as well as the rest of the common areas. He also really enjoys the meals!

Norbert Personal Care is an average personal care home. My grandfather is happy with the staff, the food and the assistance that he is given. They have two floors, an outside enjoyable area, and a dining hall. He doesn't have his own private bathroom, but there's one directly across the hall from him. His room is small but clean. They offer occupational and physical therapy and assist him with bathing and hygiene. They have a lot of events on their calendar.

My mom was at Norbert Personal Care and her experience was good. They worked with her, and they got her to where she could move into an independent living facility. She loved the staff, and my mom even went back to help the director in charge of activities with the Christmas party; that's how much she loved it. The room was very spacious and clean. They were having some staffing issues, the cook walked out, and the food declined. The activities were awesome.

The staff at Norbert Personal Care was very poor in their response time. They have call buttons, and Mom pushed her call button several times, but they didn’t respond. It sometimes took them 20 minutes to respond; that's why we took Mom out of there. They need to improve on their staffing.

Beautiful facility with very attentive staff. It was a very rough decision to move my mother to a personal care facility, but the staff and administrators at Norbert helped us make a smooth transition. We love visiting and feel that the staff goes out of their way to make our Mother comfortable and welcome. If you are looking for a nice facility for the ones you love, look no further!
