Comhar Visiting Nurses is a large agency that works not only with the geriatric community, but also with the developmentally disabled, people who are HIV-positive and those with substance abuse issues. One program, Outreach and Assessment Treatment Services (OATS), provides in-home care for seniors over sixty who have psychiatric issues. Basic in-home care services, including help with household chores, are available.
