Really liked facility at first. Found more experienced staff was wonderful with my father, younger staff complained about him. When he went into hospital with the flu, they came down to evaluate whether he could come back. The ones who came did not meet with him, hospital social worker told us they stood outside physical therapy on their phones, didn't observe his therepy. Social worker had to call three times to find out their decision. She's the one who told us. Wolf Run didn't call us til after the social worker talked to us. Wolf Run said he couldn't come back, even though the therapist said he was ready. Neither we or the social worker got a satisfactory reason as to why they made e decision they did. Seemed they had their s made up before going to the hospital for the supposed evaluation.

I like the Wolf Run Village’s location as it is near to me and the cost i good. We thought it was wonderful, and the facility looked wonderful. They are very helpful in giving us our options. The rooms are great, and they had a huge dining room. I like the atmosphere, and there is room to move around.

I wasn't very impressed with Wolf Run Village. A lot of it was the physical plant for me. To me it wasn't warm, it was too utilitarian. The closets were very small, which means you can't bring a lot of your own stuff. The rooms are small. There was a woman who was in distress in the hall, and the person who was guiding us left us and went to go assist her, which I was impressed with. But the fact that she was too distressed worried me. They seemed a little understaffed to me. It reminded me of when my father was in a nursing home. They posted some activities that they were going to do, and they were somewhat limited in the outings that they did. To me, it was depressing, but that's my thing, and for somebody else it might have been great.

Wolf Run Village has nice rooms. My father has a private room. It has a sink, a microwave, a refrigerator and his own bathroom. It is very clean. It's a brand new one and it's close. The staff is good. They care, they go out of their way to do things. They have something all the time. They have bingo.

My father moved in at Wolf Run Village probably two months ago. We were looking for assisted living and it was the closest to our house about 10 miles. I really like it. The place is really nice. The staff were really nice.
