My aunt has been a resident of Chartiers Manor for approximately three months. The staff members are friendly, respectful and supportive to both the resident and the family members. We appreciate and are thankful to them for everything.

My mother is in charties, the office staff makes us feel like were at home. My mother has done so well there with the floor staff. They spend time with them and treat them like family.
