Redstone Highlands Personal Care has a very good reputation. I have friends who has their parents staying at that facility. They were very friendly and open. I was a walk-in and without an appointment, but they showed me around and spent more than adequate time with me. But there were no vacancies for the type of care that my mother needed at that time. I did not sample of their food, but I did see the menu and there were numerous options. I was surprised of how they operate. It's quite commendable.

All of the rooms were nice. Upscale dining room, huge library, large chapel, etc. it appeared to be well kept and clean. Staff was friendly for the most part and residents seemed to be happy with their living conditions at redstone highlands. Lots of families were there to visit residents which lead me to believe that the redstone was very welcoming to visitors and encouraged it. The servers in the dining room were polite and appeared well groomed. Kitchen was large, but could have been a little cleaner. I did notice a few staff members who seemed to not want to be there to work or did not seem to care about the residents or visitors at redstone. This was a bit upsetting. After speaking with a few of the residents, I learned that there were many fun activities for them to do provided by redstone, so they were never bored there.
