The health care needs of seniors vary widely and often increase over time. The skilled nursing center provides both long and short term care for those recovering from surgery or illnesses. The facility is licensed by the PA Department of Health and is Medicare certified.
The rehabilitation department provides on-site physical, occupational and speech therapy. Physical therapists help seniors regain strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, coordination and endurance. The occupational therapists use everyday activities and routines to overcome physical disabilities. Speech therapists work with those who have developed speech problems because of a stroke or other illness.

I visited Belle Reve Senior Living. The people were nice, helpful, and honest with everything. The facility seemed OK. The rooms were small, but it's to be expected. There's a dorm fridge inside. The place was kind of small. There was a little seating area outside. The staff who took me around was great. The facility was perfectly presentable, clean, and well-kept.

My father moved in at Belle Reve Senior Living 3 months ago. I would say that this facility is probably one of the best that I've seen. There is a strong professional intentionality about the community. One of the things that I was hugely impressed with was everyone took great pains to learn my dad's name, and to find out what his preferences were. I'm even talking about snacks. The young lady who was running the snack cart, I bumped into her in the elevator, and I just happened to mention that my dad was moving in. She asked me what my dad's name is and asked what his favorite snacks are. And she said she'll make sure that they have it. This kind of service is consistent on all levels, whether it's medical care, an admin level, food service, or housekeeping, everybody makes an effort to know his name and what his preferences are.
When I was moving some furniture in for Dad, the facilities guy went out of his way to help me move and to get things set up, and get Dad's TV connected. As I said, it's like that across the board. I probably can't say enough good stuff about them because they just really are that professional and that good.
I've not eaten the food myself, but Dad loves it. They serve restaurant style. They do have a menu, and you do get to select your menu. When I brought Dad in, the food service guy came out to meet me, asked my dad's name, and asked what his favorite dish was and how he liked it prepared. What I have observed is that the food service staff bends over backward to provide what the resident wants. When a resident is done with a dish, just like in a restaurant, a waiter will come around and pick up your dish.
They have got physical activities where there are exercises, bingo, talent nights, and a book club that they just started. Dad's been involved with that. One of the churches in the area is looking at setting up a Bible study there. They do have Sunday worship services that are non-denominational. They have outside events where they will go, like group trips to local restaurants and shopping. There's a shuttle that takes residents out into the community. Dad tells me there's always something going on daily, at least two a day. They are kept involved, engaged, and active with things that are intentional to support the memory skills and the cognitive skills of the residents to support them for as long as they possibly can.
I've never seen any other facility put that much effort into their resident care and satisfaction. Dad tells me that he's never been told no on anything that he's asked for or any kind of accommodations he's asked for.

We toured Belle Reve Senior Living. I like the décor. It was very warm and homey. It didn't smell like old people. It was clean. I got a good impression. The staff who took us around was very warm, friendly, and very helpful. She answered questions. They have a rec room that we got to see where they do activities. They had like a little mini bowling. They didn't have it then, but she told us they did bowling. There were puzzles and books. It seemed like they had a lot of activities that they did maybe daily. It seemed good. It was very nice.
They did send us home with food. They offered to feed us there, but because of COVID, we wanted to take it home with us. We had a full meal. They gave the entire meal that they were serving that day. It was meat that was grilled. There were vegetables and a big potato. Everything was cooked well and cooked healthy. The dining room was nice and sunny with lots of windows. The tables were spaced apart and it looked nice.
They have a patio that they probably have like flowers and stuff outside. We were there a couple of weeks ago when it was cold and when they weren't using the patio. I hope it would look nicer in the warmer weather. It was furnished nicely. It was done nicely. They had those like craftsman style and it was a nice ambience. The bathrooms weren't so nice, they could be a little more modernized, but they were fine.

My father is a resident of Belle Reve Senior Living. I want to give it its top rating. Whatever the top rating is, that's what I want to give. We're very, very pleased. The staff members are very kind, very caring, and very positive. His apartment is good. I have no complaints about it. They have a community room and an activity room. We usually sit in his room to visit him because of Covid restrictions, which is completely understandable. They have a courtyard and they also have an outdoor porch. They had some restrictions with Covid, but I think they're doing the best they can under the conditions. I think my father is pretty happy with the food. We're just amazed by it with everything that you hear nowadays and with what's going on with senior living. We just couldn't be more pleased.

The staff and personnel at Belle Reve are kind, caring and attentive and do their best to make their residents feel at home. They contact us with relevant information when needed, are available by phone with any and all questions, and are proactive when it comes to medical care. The facilities are immaculate. I highly recommend Belle Reve.

Belle Reve Senior Living is wonderful. I'm very happy here. My accommodations are perfect, and the help is really outstanding. They take good care of you. It's comfortable and I have no complaints. I have no regrets that I sold my house and came here. They have bingo. We've been in quarantine because of Covid, so I haven't done much. As far as I know, they have a library. It's really nice. I have a suite, which is a big room and a small room, and it's wonderful. I have huge windows. It's bright and taken care of. It's good. I'm pleasantly surprised and pleased. The value for what I'm paying all fits in. I have no complaints. If you need to go to the doctor or anything like that, they have a little bus that takes you. They really offer so much.

I have visited many long term care facilities before we chose Belle Reve in Milford, Pa.
to care for our Mom. We found that there was a personal attention at Belle Reve that did not exist in the other facilities. Every member of the staff, from the Executive Director to the maintenance crew, is committed to making Mom's stay feel as if she were in her own home, My mother was kept safe during the pandemic, she was quickly vaccinated when vaccines became available, and despite the fact that she was not allowed visitors, her caregivers kept us apprised of her daily progress. Our Mom suffers from dementia and continues to lose her cognitive ability but staff at Belle Reve keeps her engaged, motivated, happy, and safe. She regularly sees a doctor who never hesitates to order blood work, x-rays, or other testing when he deems necessary. All testing done immediately with rapid results. As a result, Mom is getting stronger at 90 years old. When the time comes for me to chose assisted living, I would happily choose Belle Reve for myself

Our mom has received wonderful care at Belle Reve. The entire staff is dedicated, kind and personally attentive to mom’s changing needs. Dining, personal care, nursing, activities, maintenance, OT, PT, housekeeping, receptionists, and administrators all keep her safe and happy as well as keeping our family informed and involved. This has been the best decision we made when mom couldn’t live by herself anymore. She loves having her own furnishings with her and we love how social she is now in her new home. Thank you to all in Belle Reve!

My Mom was a resident of Belle Reve (she recently passed away) and resided in the Memory Care Unit. The staff was extremely attentive and the unit was very clean. The fact that this is not a huge facility made it a more personal experience for not only my Mom, but also our family. We were always advised of Mom's status and any questions we had regarding not only her care but the business end of her stay also were always answered. I highly recommend Belle Reve to care for your family members.

My Mom was a resident at both the Skilled Nursing Facility and the assisted Living facility on 2 separate occasions. The staff, nurses, aids, social worker, therapists were all amazing. My mom was in a clean, lively environment, and was meticulously cared for during both of her stays. The food is amazing, the facility impeccable, and the care second to none.
In addition, the adminstrative details of 2 stays in this type of facility can be daunting. But the social worker Nancy, guided me through every step of the way and made a stressful situation much easier to experience.
I would recommend this facility with my whole heart to anyone who needs top notch care/assistance.

What I like about Belle Reve is they don’t have their residents just sitting around in wheelchairs as supposed to other senior residences. They have a lot of activities for them everyday. The staff seemed very caring and nice. The place was clean and there was no bad smell and the residents looked happy.

My mother is in Belle Reve. It has three levels of care. Everybody is wonderful, and the residents are well cared for. Everything is clean and spotless. They offer daily activities. Everybody says the food is wonderful; they do not understand how the chef makes it so good! It is accessible to a hospital and shopping areas. I will give them a recommendation.

Belle Reve is very well run, extremely clean, and has a good meal plan. We chose it for my mother-in-law because it's affordable and it's closer to my home. They can choose from four or five things on the menu. They have private rooms, shared rooms, and private rooms with shared bathrooms. They do bingo, trivia, exercise class, outings, shopping, and they have a beauty salon there. What stood out was it didn't smell like urine, and the staff is very nice.

Belle Reve was very nice. It was a little bit more restricted. The rooms were all the same. It was not as expensive as the other ones I visited.

My mother was at this facility for two years. She was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and we were unable to take care of her, was in Memory care, unluckily because of economic situation we were forced to take her home. I just have to say that Belle Reve finally hired people that really care for the facility resident. One clear example is one of the aids which name is Georgina she is wonderful. During my respective visit to the facility, I noted that as she arrived to the facility she great each resident with hugs and kisses. I think she is doing an excellent job, because these people need love and that lady is giving to them. I hope that you continue hiring workers than her. Balle Reve now you are doing good job, because you hired qualify person for Memory care. However, PC you need to make some change. Hire people that real want to work with nice attitude.

this facility seemed a little noisy. Not as peaceful as some of the others we have looked at. The staff there was very
Friendly and the director was very pleasant and did a wonderful job going over everything. This facility is second on our list of 4 possibles. Warm friendly staff.
