My father in law was a resident here and loved the staff. Seeing such wonderful relationships develop was amazing. I’m beyond thankful for the many laughs he was able to share with his nurses and aides.

My grandmother was there a little over a month before being rushed to hospital with blood sugar less than 36, bedsores, kidney failure dur to untreated UTI, negelect, dehydration and malnutrition. Memory care that another member was at is basically letting them lay in bed.

Since the "turn over" of management, this place has gone down hill. My father currently resides there. The mentality and attitude that is presented is that my father is going to die soon. He has fallen repeatedly; No guard rails put up, bed lowered, wrist band indicating he is a fall risk. His call button has even been found on the floor. Today my sister, who is his POA, came in to visit my father who in turn had crusted food all over his beard, his gown and his nasal cannula. He has bed sores from not being moved. He is barely awakened to eat food. He is a human being not just there to die. He still has his wrist band from the hospital he was at which was over a week ago. When my sister asks to speak to the head nurse to get answers about physical therapy and updates on his medical status, the staff just says they do not have the contact information for the head nurse. That is BS first of all because if the whole unit that the nurse is in charge of was shooting to hell, the head nurse would be the first person they call. The staff that are there look at my sister blankly and do no answer her when she makes a comment about his general appearance (which is poor as he is constantly in a soiled gown, not even his clothes) care of We will be reporting them to The Department of Aging. This is completely unacceptable.

My mother was at Transitions at Claremont Rehab and then Claremont Nursing Home for a little bit. The rehab section was much better than the nursing home side, newer, and more updated. The aides and the physical therapists were nice, and the nurses were okay. The nursing home side was a little dated, and she didn't care for the food. She also had problems with making phone calls. They had all kinds of services. They had schedules for entertainment, lots of activities, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, and social workers. The food wasn't too bad, but it was too much for her.

My mother stayed here for several weeks for rehab. The place was very clean and had very good staff. The service was excellent, provided very good care, and professional. The food was amazing and had options, like if they're not particularly hungry for what's being served, they can order something else. Their dining area was very tastefully done.

My father was here and the rooms were nice but could have been bigger since it was a little difficult with two guys in a room that both needed wheelchairs and walkers. If they had visitors, it was a little tight but not bad. I didn’t eat the food, but he seemed to enjoy it. I thought the caregivers were nice and really good. They had a therapy room, a dining room, and a lounge with couches and chairs. They painted little wooden birdhouses. There was an activity room with a big-screen TV to watch movies.

this nursing home provides care and nutrition as if it was home They try to make the residents feel at home.Meals are served on china, with linen napkins, glasses, and real silverware. Residents are cared for and looked after with the most trusting people. Each Department is good at what they do.
