I’m pleased with Loyalhanna Senior Suites and Personal Care so far. It was a new facility that was kept very clean and well decorated. My mom has a studio apartment with a bathroom. She is happy with the food. When I went and spoke with the administrator and the director of nursing, I could see that the things that I asked to be done were being followed up on. They assuaged my concerns.

Our experience with Loyalhanna Senior Suites & Personal Care was very good. They have a small number of independent living space for 10 people. We were looking for more independent living, but it was nice and I would recommend it. I thought it was good, but it was very much like a hospital environment or a personal care home environment and less like an independent living environment. The rooms were very nice. The staff was very nice and very good. I guess they could improve on the surroundings to make it homey and less hospital like. The price was very good.
