DO NOT send your loved ones to this horrible place! My dear Father walked in here smiling on a Monday afternoon and by Saturday morning, he was found unresponsive being rushed to the hospital taken out on a stretcher! He was severely dehydrated and numerous blood clots in his legs. He was in a memory care unit and was told he needed prompting and reminders to drink and eat. They neglected him!
The staff has no compassion or love. Extremely disrespectful and poorly run! From the beginning, the communication is horrible. Dominique does not know how to return calls. We were given paperwork and contracts after my Dad was admitted. Erica, the Director of Nursing, has the coldest heart if she in fact has a heart. No one could give us an answer to what happened to my Dad. We wanted to pick up his belongings, no one would call us back.
So funny that the staff has time on their Facebook page to make videos of them doing the chicken dance, yet they can't give my Father a glass of water!
Horrible place. Stay away. Would never recommend!
