About This Community

Let us help when help can’t be fully provided at home, but skilled care isn’t needed. The daily responsibilities can be left to trained caregivers, and quality time can be spent between the residents and their family members. Family members can know their loved one is safe and can rest easy knowing they are being cared for.

We assist each of our residents in achieving the highest degree of independence by providing excellent care in a healthy, safe, and comfortable environment.

Our open floor plan suites offer you a spacious sleeping and living area, large en suite bathroom, and kitchenette, along with ample closet and storage spaces. You will be able to have the independence and the satisfaction of living in your own space, while having the comfort of supportive services available when needed. You can give your suite the personal touch of having your favorite furnishings and home décor.

Daily activities and events will present numerous opportunities for you to socialize and enjoy the hobbies you love. Enjoy a matinee and freshly popped popcorn in the theater, catch a game of bingo in our large activities room, take an exercise class in the gym, or have your hair done at the beauty salon.

The staff is awesome and very caring/attentive. Albeit it is at the bottom of a hill, there are some semi nice views for the residents. All of the nurses seem extremely friendly and really will go out of their way to watch over and even say hello to each of the residents. From what I hear, some other residents complained about the food being the same all of the time, but my great grandparents never complained of it. There is a long monthly menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that rotates every 30 days. Bingo and other activities were held almost every afternoon and young kids would often visit with the residents and give them gifts which I thought was one of the nicest gestures ever. There are two floors, and since they recently installed an elevator, residents on the bottom floor can go upstairs and visit a spouse or friend on the upper (more intensive) care floor.

The staff is great but you can tell that they are very overworked and from their conversations also underpaid and under appreciated.Management seemed alright, although at times it seemed like they were more concerned with money than the actual residents. The facility was clean and there seemed to be plenty of emergency exits and such. Most of the residents seemed happy and clean, although there were a few that seemed to need more care and attention. Residents did receive three meals a day and two snacks. Cold water was always provided. Each resident received a shower once a week unless noted. Building did not smell of urine and/or feces.
