Would not recommend to anyone. The professionalism and quality of nursing administration is very poor, and not worth the tremendous fee DW charges. I’m assuming there is some type of executive administrator/general manager, or someone in charge of the whole works, but do not know. If there is executive management on site, I’d never know it. It seems like nursing administration runs the show and does whatever they want, and not caring how they do and [mostly] do not communicate with families. Too much money for low quality care and bullshit from nursing administration. However, there are a lot of very nice pictures of nature that dominate the website that say absolutely nothing about the quality of care and value for the dollar.

They don’t keep complete med records, omitting much trauma and falls. I watched an EKG performed on my wife who had collapsed in the bathroom. They have no record of the EKG. I watched the nurse pull the paper from the EKG machine, read it and throw it away. You would be incontinent too if you waited 45 minutes for assistance. And no one there on Saturday or Sunday...a complete fraud. And now they won’t tell you how many have or had corona or...died of it. They won’t Respond to emails and if you the caregiver won’t show up in their office at their convenience to hear their discharge plan, they threatened me with appointing another person to make decisions for my wife. When I subsequently wrote to complain about the missing and clearly incomplete medical records (having signed their form and paid their charge) and further about the unexplained fracture she suffered during her first 10 days there, my letter went certified to every Board member and the management team. Absolutely no one answered. Zero. Stay away. Stay far away.
