My cousin’s stay at Broomall Rehab was made pleasant by Tabitha Walton. She was her first floor aide. Tabitha was very attentive to her needs and would go above and beyond without being asked. When she was on her shift, I felt like I never needed to worry about anything.

I had my loved one at Broomall rehab and Nursing, and I was amazed at the way she was treated. The loving care she received allowed me and my loved ones to sleep at night.

Overall I had a nice stay at Broomall Rehab and Nursing Center. Friendly, caring, considerate staff and good care were reasons for my nice stay. Good nurses, caregivers and therapists were part of my recovery process to meet my goal to return home before Christmas. Thank you very much to the wonderful staff at Broomall.

I've already complained on Google nothing has changed
My sister gets 1 shower a week if staff is to busy she should be getting 2
She fell off a wheel chair
Has UTI'S FROM being wet because they don't have her size pull up available (say WHAT)
On list to get hair trimmed for 2 months
Still not done
Ask for podiatrist to clip tie nails 2 months ago still nothing
Hasn't seen a Dr since being a resident
Food ALWAYS cold n tasteless
Smoke alarm laying on table with no batteries (isn't that against the law?)
Don't have enough sheets for the beds (Wutt)
Nats in the room on them and on their faces (?)
What are they being paid for?
This is outrageous
It's what my sister and her room mate who are residence at this place are dealing with.
If they are short handed they should fix the problem not make the old people suffer this I am gone to the top till this gets resolved.

My dear friend Lynne was admitted after major stroke, while there she feel out of bed. They did X-ray her hip, but that’s it. When we visited on February 10, Tuesday she was still in pain, and nobody thought to X-ray leg until her sister noticed obvious swelling, and than they X-ray, and find out leg fracture. This already suffering lady had been laying in bed for 3 days with fracture. And on a far less scale than that incompetence all flowers that were sent to her were on window sill dead. I know flowers die, and when they do they should be removed, not sitting there dead for what looked to be at least a week. Gave 1 star only cause I had to.

Stay away! Poorly managed, very high COV19 infection rate and death rate. Staff is largely apathetic.

KEEP YOUR LOVE ONES AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
My father was there for a short period of time and we had to transfer him. Medication was not given on time or not given at all. Nurses on the phone texting all the time. They do not response to patients calls, and if they want to go to the bathroom, they would not assist the patient for a long period of time. Very DEPLORABLE PLACE.

I have a friend that is in rehab (1 month so far) and will stay long term in their dementia unit. This nursing home is very clean and the staff is very good. They constantly give me updates and jump on any issues or questions that I have. I feel good knowing that my friend is in good hands!!

I was pleased with Broomall. My dad liked it there. They were attentive, had activities, and took them outside. The medical care was good, and the room was adequate, so I'd recommend them. The grounds are nice, they have a gazebo, and it's clean.

Broomall Rehab and Nursing took care of my family member; we could not have asked for better care in her last days. They made my aunt and my family feel very welcome and took care of everyone. Attempts were even made to attend her funeral. Thank you to the nursing and RCS team who bonded with her and my family and provided the care and comfort they needed at the end of her life. A joyful experience. Thank you.

Broomall showed warmth and empathy to my Grandmother at her time of need. Staff made sure she was always comfortable and worked closely with the physician to make sure her needs were met. Friendly and supportive to family at our time of need as well. The building was clean and well cared for.

Broomall Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has been good for my mom. The staff is very caring and personable. The rooms are very clean and roomy. I have not eaten there, but their dining room is nice. My mom is on a special diet, so she has not eaten their normal food. They have various activities and are always doing things for the residents, like having people come in to play guitar and music and sing and dance with the residents, and also show movies.

Broomall is a very nice place and decorated very tastefully. They have a pretty entranceway when you come into the reception area. I liked the smell and cleanliness of the place. I liked the nice dining room with the baby grand piano. The food is good, as well as the quality. The staff is nice and very caring, and the other people who live there are very friendly, so it has been a good experience so far. I’m very pleased with them for my mother-in-law.
