Since the COVID outbreak in March, there has been NO communication to family members regarding the specifics of residents. Although there is a care conference about every three months or so, the information is very vague. I have had one conference since March. Because of COVID, no one can enter the building. Therefore, family members cannot assure that loved ones are taken care of properly. In talking with my family member, it seems that staff has been very lax in providing proper care. I have tried repeatedly to speak with the administrator and have never gotten a response. I am very concerned and I need to have consistent communication to be assured that my loved one is not suffering from neglect. Staff is very vague and often says they cannot share information. I need communication!

I have tried to find out how my brother was doing for two hours and the Nursing station never picked up. When I visited him the facility was good. His cellphone was stolen also. Being out of town I should be able to get some information on how he's doing, but no avail the only one that answers the phone is the operator at the front desk. Need a better way to check on loved ones.

Take your love one to a different place. My great grandmother had her things stolen she was abused she wasn't not clean properly. So this center is not 5 stars it's not even 1 star. Run for the hills.
P.s I had to put a star rating to submit this.

I'm very satisfied with the staff and services of Renaissance Healthcare and Rehab. My father has been there for about two weeks now. It's very clean and the rooms are bright. He likes it and he doesn't have any complaints at all. He thinks that the staff is friendly and he feels that he's getting good nursing and medical treatment.
