My father will be moving into Heartis of Yardley. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and took the time to answer all my questions and provided kind of all the information that I needed to make a decision. They were also very prompt and timely with follow-up. It was very new. The rooms were clean and roomy and beautifully decorated. The facility was spectacular. The dining area looked like a high-end restaurant. It's winter, so I didn't get to spend any time outside, but everything looked very well-manicured and clean. I saw a needlework circle like knitting and crocheting. I saw residents in the game room doing various things. There were some other group activities that I saw. What I liked the most was the environment. The facility was absolutely beautiful. The staff knew all the residents and the residents knew them. It was just a really warm and welcoming environment.

We went to visit Heartis of Yardley. It was very new and the salesperson we dealt with was very caring, and not pushy. It was just a beautiful place. The rooms had a full-sized fridge, a nice sink, and a microwave. There's no oven but you don't need it since you have all the food right there, but there's a small kitchenette in the room. It was nice. They provide three meals a day, and they have a little snack or bistro area, and it was lovely. The tour was nice. The person who gave the tour was Patrice, and she was sweet, very caring, and very energetic. She talked to my mom mostly and understood our questions. It was a nice experience. They offered us to come back and talk to the nurse and have lunch the next weekend. The facility itself was so pretty. It's brand new, the couches are nice, it doesn't have any odors, the carpets are clean and beautiful, and the windows are big and sunny.

Excellent caring facilities. The staff goes above and beyond to assist residents and family members are kept informed. The dining service and food are outstanding, and the physical therapy service is excellent

The Assisted Living facility Heartis in Yardley is a lovely community. The staff are so friendly and the facility itself is beautiful. As I consider options for my future, I think that Heartis in Yardley is the type of community I would choose. My thanks to the dedicated staff who continue to work so hard to provide such wonderful care.

We physically visited Heartis Yardley. We put money down to move my mom in there but I had to ask for my deposit back because she needed skilled nursing. We had food during the visit and it was great. The place was beautiful and they had activities. We would have wanted my mom to be there and it was a lot less expensive because it was assisted living. They offer transportation to stores and to just get the residents out. They had special nights, like Italian night, where they had different dinners, good food, and entertainment. I also saw their apartments and they're nice. They have different sizes and different options.
