There's absolutely nothing I didn't like about Window Valley except for the fact that it snowed. The rooms are absolutely beautiful. What I was looking at was a 2-bedroom apartment. The staff was absolutely professional and friendly. My son's mother-in-law lives there. I've known many people who have lived there because I originally came from Lancaster. The plan that I'm looking at there is just what I can't find in Florida. It's totally independent living in an apartment building with a restaurant. There's no food plan. You purchase meals at the restaurant and you cook for yourself, which is what I like to do.

My parents used to live at Manor at Willow Valley. It's an old facility and the apartments are small. The food was truly wonderful. It was a very supportive community among the various residents. They have a garden for people who like gardening. They have a bus service as well as a city bus service that made it quite possible for them to take active trips to either see historical things or to go shopping. They have a very active set of choices for the residents.
