Rooms could be updated, but the overall experience was excellent. I met everyone from the Director of Nursing to the housekeepers. Staff are caring and listen to your needs. Very helpful, loving and family like environment.

I was a resident here & I was VERY pleased with the care I got along with everything else. Their PT & OT departments/techs are top of the line. I needed continued help to learn to walk again as well as climb steps to get into my home. I thought the food was good & ALL WORKERS were always pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this facility if needed or to recommend it highly to others. I can't forget to mention how nice the shower room is compared to another nursing home I was in earlier in 2018.

I have had 3 family members have a rehab stay here. Each one got the therapy/care they needed to return home or to a lower level of care (one to Linden Village) which was the plan. The therapy is great, very caring and tailored to their needs. No contract therapist were used which meant the patients had the same therapist each day and were seen on a schedule. Nursing is very knowledgeable and most have been with the company for a very long time. I noticed patients there that were higher acuity as the rehab unit resembled a med surgery floor with many complex diagnosis. I became familiar with other residents when visiting and they too shared a very pleasant experience. It is only a 30 bed unit with it's own entrance so parking was easy with a very short distance to walk. The rooms are mostly for 2 people but very large so you have a sense of privacy even with a room mate. My uncle had some dementia but needed rehab to go to Linden Village. They kept him engaged with activities or at the nurses station when not in therapy. They spoke to him like he was their family member even though he could be quite challenging with repeating things and trying to get up on his own. The only thing my family complained about was the food. It wasn't too bad but not home made either. I did bring in food with their knowledge though. I highly recommend Manorcare Lebanon for anyone needing short term rehab care!

I willl NEVER allow a family member of mine to stay at this facility. They state that they will do their laundry. My mother has been at this facility since July of 2013 and I took her many pieces of her own clothing and to date, I have not seen her in any of the clothing that I took in for her. She is in clothing that 3 times her size. She does not get exercise and is ALWAYS sitting in the hall when we go to visit her. Also, her fingernails are always filthy. This is not a senior friendly facility especially when they take all of her pension and social security. In reality all they do for her is bathe and feed her.

We didn't like Manorcare at all. My mom had a short stay there for rehabilitation. We didn't like the way she was treated. The facility is clean, but you have to take home the laundry and do the laundry yourself. The food was okay but it's a hospital food.

I was not happy when i went to see my family member and found him soak from his waist to his knees this was every day it did not matter when i went to see him and they pushed him to a room with other residents to watch tv and made them sit in there till meal time or till it was time for bed only other time he got out of there was when his family member took him out or pushed him around the halls

When we 1st went to visit my Dad to help him get settled in from being transported from the hospital it was around 7pm. He had gotten there around 4:30pm. He had not been fed or changed. (He wears diapers). We thought maybe it was just an oversight on their part. So we told them about it and without saying sorry they idly went about changing him and bringing in some cold food. The following day they had my Mother fill out a paper stating that they would give him a free dental exam but if he wanted any more after that they would have to pay out of pocket. Not an issue. So we thought. She signed that she did not want him to have any more after the free one. Once he was home a bill came in the mail for 3 additional dental visits. Never again will I ever send anyone I care about there nor will I recommend it.
