My mom has been in Connections, the memory care unit, for almost a year now. Her every need is met with care and compassion. Every day is filled with an extensive schedule of fun activities to do. The activities are too numerous to list but include singing, playing bingo, arts and crafts, trivia, going for rides into the country and enjoying entertainment from guest musicians. My moms days are filled with engaging people and activities. The staff personnel from Country Meadows are exceptional, from being greeted in the lobby with a smile, to the nurses, to the wonderful aides. The staff that also does a great job--the cooks and housekeeping--make Country Meadows of Forks a well run and pleasant community to be a part of. I am totally satisfied with every aspect that Country Meadows has to offer and would highly recommend this community to others!

My first impression was based solely on the appearance of the well maintained grounds and building. Then upon entering the lobby, the warmth and care was obvious in the way we were greeted. The residents and staff alike were friendly, with a genuine, happy and uplifting spirit. I have no doubt my mother is well care for; physically, emotionally and mentally. She participates in the plentiful activities and her appetite is better than it’s been in years. I look forward to my visits with her.

We have a relative at the country meadows of forks for the past 3 months and so far we are completely happy with the outcome. Lovely place and the staff is so helpful and hands on. We always feel welcomed when visiting . So glad we made the right choose.

My parents were a resident of Country Meadows of Forks. The place is beautiful, it's like a country club, and everything was fine. The staff was great, they always have something going on. Their room had a bedroom, another room that was like a living room, another area where they could sit down and eat, and then a separate bathroom. The food they had there was excellent. In terms of value, it's a nice place, so that's what you're going to have to to pay for.
