I compared several places and Paramount Senior Living- Bethel seemed to have the best availability of aides. They have the most aides that are visible to assist my mom. The food is mediocre at best, and sometimes it's really not very good. For the most part, the staff is very good, but it seems that during the evening or weekends they're understaffed. When someone presses their button, it takes a while (sometimes too long), before someone comes. The staff is sometimes hot or cold. During the day they have staff available, but I can see that their aides are understaffed. The nurses there are excellent. They have two nurses in the evening that have been very kind and attentive to Mom. During the day not quite as much, but the evening nurses have been really good. Their amenities are average; nothing spectacular. They have an activities room where they do talks with the residents, they have crafts, and church services. They also have a little cafe with a couple tables and they have free coffee and maybe some food. The residents were all there, the doors were all open, and you could see the residents and aides in the hall. The rooms were sufficient private rooms with a kitchenette and a private bathroom. That's what I wanted. She has a view in her room and can see when the deer come out.

We've been very pleased with Paramount Senior Living-Bethel. The price was good, the facility was good, and they seemed to know their residents. The process of applying was relatively simple. They have a nice activities area where they show movies, and they have a couple nice lounge areas where people can sit and talk and have get togethers, like ice cream socials and happy hour. They have a little cafe type setting where there's coffee, water, juices, and fruits available all the time. They offer transportation. They have a beauty parlor, a podiatrist, a doctor that comes in, and nurses on each floor. It's very well kept, very open, there are a lot of windows, it's bright and cheery, the dining area is quite beautiful, and well kept, with linens on the table, and the food is good. I stayed there for two days to help acclimate my aunt who has Alzheimer's. I was there 24/7 and everybody worked really hard. There was nobody sitting around just chatting. They were very friendly and caring, and went out of their way to come and introduce themselves. She's in the independent care with just some medication management.

The aides are very nice and seem to really care about the patients. So far we're pretty happy with Paramount Assisted Living, but the beds are very uncomfortable according to my father. The place is clean and nice. People there say they like it, and it's a good place with good care. It's one of the better places I've seen. They have people come in and perform on the violin and piano and get a pretty good crowd. It's expensive.

Paramount was a very comparable and a very nice facility; it was one of the nicer places. The rooms were spacious and nice. The staff was very nice also, and the dining area looks fine.

We visited Paramount; which we very much liked. We absolutely loved it. We loved the staff there. It was an apartment-type of setting that had a kitchen, but they didn't allow you to have stoves there. It had a little refrigerator, and everything that she could really be on her own. She could eat at the dining hall too, and it was gorgeous. We had food there, and it was wonderful. They had lots of activities for them. They had people who came in to entertained them. It was very nice. I got to talk to a lot of the people who actually lived there, and they were very much in love with the place themselves. It was clean. There was no odor to the place whatsoever. The staff was just wonderful.

I would highly recommend this facility. My mother is a resident here. We placed her at Paramount a few months ago after it became clear that she was unable to make it on her own at home anymore. Everyone I've met has been absolutely wonderful! It seems to be very well run and organized, It is a bit pricey, but in my opinion, the quality warrants the price tag. Mom has never been happier!

Paramount Senior Living at Bethel Park is a really nice, well-maintained, clean facility. It’s a really nice place. They take them out and have all kinds of activities daily. It’s a very active, inviting community. My mom is getting really good care. My mom’s room is a one-bedroom and one of the bigger and more spacious rooms that I have seen. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

Extremely high priced,numerous injuries to my loved one, always her fault, not well organized, staff does not like physical therapist in charge, understaffed for the price u pay. looking to move soon

Paramount Senior Living-Bethel is a very nice place. They have a lot of activities which is what my sister likes about it. Every day they have something for them to participate in. The staff seems to be very nice. My sister is very happy there, but she complains about the meals. I have eaten there and I found it was pretty good institutional food. The facility, like any other places, is expensive and that in time would be a problem if she runs out of money.

I ride by Paramount everyday. They have assisted living and dementia care. The facility was only three years old. It's new and very clean. Everything was newer in it. It was also very well run. I like the staff. They seemed to be very organized. They did have a nice courtyard. However, I just didn't like the atmosphere. Everything was white. They were like bland and they didn't have any character to it. For activities, at that time, they were just playing some kind of a game in a room.

I visited Paramount Senior Living and it was a very nice facility. However, it was also very expensive. We just saw one person who answered the questions. It was a bigger facility and there were different kinds of rooms. There was a multitude of sections and types of living. I would recommend this facility if you could afford it.
