When I moved my mom into the facility, everyone was so pleasant. The food selection was quite impressive. Other places, I visited only had 2 options to choose from, but here there are many options. The activities calendar was full of games to simulate the mind and mom's favorite, bingo. I feel comfortable that since I can't care for my mom, she is well cared for here.

My cousin is at Senior Care Plaza. So far, it seems great, and she's happy. They are treating her well. The deciding factors were that it was within her price range, which was great, and it's a decent place. It's on a busy street, which I didn't like too much, but it's OK. From what she says, they have a beauty shop, a beautician and a manicurist come in, and they have physical therapy available that she uses. So far everything has been good. The people have been very nice, and they escort her if she has a doctor's appointment. I have to call and make sure that someone is available to go with her. They have people there who can act as a companion and so far, it's been a good experience. They are doing a good job. When I was at the facility, COVID protocols were in effect, so I really couldn't go in, but from what I saw, it was well maintained, and the people were very nice. The only thing I'd give a "one" rating to is the food, and I heard her complaining about that, but she was pleased with the rest of it.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff is verbally abusive to residents. They lose medication. When there is a concern or problem it never gets addresses. They fluff people off. the aids are cruel to the residents. They don't give the proper care to the residents. Make then lay in soiled garments and not attend to them when needed.

This is a terrible place. I moved my father out of the facility after about 1 month. They are completely unprofessional and there is a total lack of communication between staff members. I can't believe that they are licensed. If you care about your loved one, do not use this facility.

Senior Care Plaza is not fancy, but it's very well-priced. Everybody seems very nice and the facility is very clean and well-maintained. They're taking good care of the residents. My dad is in the memory care unit and it's a locked, separate wing. They have a dining and lounge room, a little kitchen where the residents have access to snacks and drinks whenever they want, the rooms are clean and completely furnished, and they do all the laundry, provide food, and they help with clothing. Most of the staff has been very nice, kind, and work very hard.

Senior Care Plaza was beautiful. The staff was really pleasant. The rooms were very clean, well maintained, and very nice. The grounds were really nice, too. The location is fine. It’s in a main thoroughfare, but it isn’t hard to get in or out. I was very impressed.

Overall I found this place to be acceptable. There was a bathroom in every room, a very nice and seemingly competent nurse, and a clean comfortable environment. The food wasn't very good, but not horrible either, nothing fancy. The patients who lived there that I met overall seemed happy, which is the main reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 3. It just seemed a bit "blah" and boring...The staff seemed caring enough, but nothing jumped out at me, nothing made me go wow, nothing made me want to put my parent in this place, or go here myself someday. It seemed like a place where old people were just waiting to die...but like i said, the patients there seemed happy, so who am I to judge. I would just like a little more activity or option of activity for the price. I think this place has a lot of the basics needed to be a great place to put a family member, I have no doubt my parent would be safe and well taken care of. It just didn't "wow" me.
