Bird-watch from the gazebo, spend the morning stretching your body and mind, meet a friend for games in the sunroom, take a quiet moment for prayer group, join the activities team for an afternoon craft or service project, meet up for lunch in the dining room, take the shuttle for a scenic ride, or just pull up a comfortable chair and chat.

In contrast to traditional personal care/assisted living programs, residents all have private rooms and drive their own schedules with breakfast, bathing, sleeping, and medication administration on flexible schedules designed around individual needs. The community is the best that We have seen while searching for a community for my mother. The rooms are very spacious, very clean, and above all, very private. My mother had no needs or wants, when arriving. In fact, it was hard to stay in touch with her, for the fact she was always busy doing something.

The entire experience in Assisted Living was wonderful. The facility, the cleanliness, the accommodations for dementia, the love, the food, the care, the communication. The Household (nursing) experience was quite different. While the facility was still lovely and immaculately clean, and most of the staff did a terrific job accommodating dementia while navigating Covid, a number of the aides on day shift gave unacceptable care, bordering on neglect near the end of her life.

Wonderful, caring community. Staff are terrific and turnover is low. Rooms are spacious and clean. Many activities for residents to choose to participate in. Often entertainment/musicians/activities are brought in from outside. Everyone at Chapel Pointe, from the CEO to housekeeping, knows how to provide excellent care for their elderly population.
