The Ascot Park Senior Living family developed the concept of small home like settings to give each resident a more comfortable and intimate living environment. Every aspect of each individual building is designed with the resident in mind. From our cozy living rooms to our extra attentive staff, no detail is overlooked when it comes to our residents feeling at home. Our goal at Ascot Park Senior Living is to meet each resident's needs while maintaining the highest level of choice, dignity, privacy, respect, and individuality. To assure that this is done effectively, a personal assessment is conducted prior to move-in. Residents, family members and the Ascot Park Senior Living staff work together to develop an individually-tailored service plan. A follow-up family care conference will be held regularly to assure that, as a resident's needs change, the Personalized Service Plan is adjusted accordingly.
We provide three levels of care: Assisted Care, Transitions Program, and Enhanced Memory Care. The Ascot Park Senior Living mission is to create and sustain comfortable, caring environments for those who depend on us.

My mom was in Farmington Square Eugene for 5 years. I thought they were really good, and they took really good care of her. One of the first things I noticed when I went there, was that it was very clean the whole time she was there. There was never any of that smell. They don't have that smell because they clean properly and laundry is done often enough. They were really good. Part of the time she had to be bathed and dressed, and they were really on it. If I ever had anything that I was questioning or anything, they were very prompt in responding to it.
One of the things I really liked about it is they had all sorts of activities for the people there, which was really nice. They even celebrated the holiday stuff. They had little events on the Fourth of July, on different holidays, or had midsummer Hawaiian things. They were really good about that. They have snacks in between meals because people are hungry, so they have sandwiches and things like that for people. It's not just like you get three square meals and that's it. They have a salon, and if necessary they can arrange to take people to the doctor. Once the pandemic's over, they will do things like take people on bus trips. They have different stages there, so people that don't have dementia can go out; they'd take them on shopping trips. They have their own little bus, and my mom, she loved it. They would take them on little drives around the county.
Some people say that the food isn't like gourmet food, but these are people with dementia that want to eat the stuff that they're used to from their time frame of living. They want sandwiches, burgers, soup, and salad. It's not fancy, but it's what they want. They want stuff they can identify.

My mother in law needed a place to go to very quickly and Farmington did a great job to get her in and evaluated. She was put into the correct level of care. Jill and her staff are wonderful and very caring. They always take the time to greet you and acknowledge your family member. The buildings are secure, clean and there is plenty of room to gather with your family.

We needed a place right away, and Farmington Square had an opening. It is clean. I am not thrilled with it, but it is OK. The activities are very limited. They have bingo, bus rides once in a while, and some movies. The staff is fine.

Farmington Square was smaller than most of the places that we saw. The residents were having a meal when we came in. The tour guide was very helpful. It felt more personal and quaint in its layout. There was a piano and barbeque outside. They were having a painting class when we were there, and it looked like fun. It had some neat things going on.

I am happy to share that Gina M. is a great staff member. She is the activities director and is always positive, interested, and compassionate. I am a pastor and a member of our congregation is a resident. Over the years I have consistently experienced Gina as a terrific resource for the care of residents!

I like Farmington Square very much but the apartments were too small. They don’t have cottages. I wish they build some cottages and expand their services. The location was ideal but it was too confining.

My husband is at Farmington Square for two weeks now, and so far it has been fine. It’s a very nice facility, and we have used it before for other members of the family. The staff has been wonderful.

When it became necessary for my spouse to need more care than I could provide at home, I did some research & made calls to my Doctor, nurses, at home care agencies plus others & I got only rave reviews. I then visited several facilities including Farmington Square & new immediately that this was the one that was right for us. I found the staff friendly, well trained & eager to help. Friends & family who visit always give them high praise. Warm & welcoming. Highly recommend.
